As part of a full dining room overhaul, this custom bar was designed and built in a space previously occupied by a less than useful closet. With the help of my friends at Beverly Thomas LLC, we demolished the closet and maximized the space available for the bar.
Custom-designed striped plywood veneer was used to clad the face of the counter
surrounding the drawers and the bottle riser as well as the face of the wine rack. The
countertop original art is acrylic paint and lacquer on quarter inch cement board. Brushed
aluminum hardware and trim completes the look.
